Soon after, it has translated the services into 16 different languages. And currently, it has 82400 regular customers and 2100000 subscribers.

Contact Management

This option lets you view the customer contact details, activity history, Customer communications, internal account discussions etc. In short, it manages all the data penetrating to the contact with the customer.
